At Lifteaze.com, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will gladly accept returns of items that are in new and unused condition, with original tags and packaging, within 30 days of purchase.
Return Process
- Contact our customer service team at support@lifteaze.com to initiate a return.
- You will receive a return shipping label and instructions on how to send your item(s) back.
- Once we receive your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 7-10 business days.
Refunds
All refunds will be credited to the original payment method. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We will gladly exchange any item that is in new and unused condition, with original tags and packaging, within 30 days of purchase. If you would like to exchange an item, please contact our customer service team at support@lifteaze.com to initiate the exchange process.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact our customer service team at support@lifteaze.com within 7 days of receiving the item. We will process a refund or exchange for the damaged or defective item.
Return Shipping
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or a different color than the item you ordered, we will take full responsibility for the return shipping cost. However, if you wish to return or exchange an item for any other reason, the return shipping cost will be the responsibility of the customer.
